What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this site we collect your name, phone number, and if you provide them, your email address, suburb and whatever you tell us in your message. We also record which page the enquiry came from and any source tag on the link you followed, so we know where our work is coming from.

What we use it for

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to quote the work, and to do the job if you go ahead.

We do not send marketing emails, and we do not add you to a list.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or trade your information. We pass on what a supplier needs when a job requires it, for example an address for a delivery, and nothing beyond that.

This website is hosted by Cloudflare and enquiry emails are delivered through an email service provider, both of which necessarily process the message. Both of those providers run servers outside Australia, so an enquiry you send through this website may be stored or handled overseas, including in the United States and Europe.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and job records for as long as we may need them for the work, for a warranty question, or because the tax office requires it. When we no longer need them we delete them.

Access and corrections

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call us on 0406 808 000.
